– The event may be rescheduled or discontinued by the organizers at their discretion.

Welcome to the Bharat Pratibha Sammaan Council (hereinafter referred to as “BPSC” or “the Council”). By becoming a member of BPSC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Use of Name and Logo

As a member of BPSC, you are granted the right to use the Council’s name and logo for promotional purposes, subject to the following conditions:

The use of the name and logo must be in accordance with the Council’s branding guidelines.
The use of the name and logo must be for the sole purpose of promoting your association with BPSC and not for any commercial gain.
The Council reserves the right to revoke the permission to use the name and logo at any time, at its sole discretion.

Prohibition on Monetary Transactions

As a member of BPSC, you are strictly prohibited from soliciting or accepting any money, advances, or favors in the name of the Council. This includes, but is not limited to, collecting membership fees, sponsorships, or any other form of financial transaction.

Prior Permission for Events and Activities

You must obtain prior written permission from BPSC before organizing or hosting any seminars, events, or award ceremonies under the Council’s name or banner. The Council reserves the right to deny or revoke such permission at its sole discretion.

Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute arising from your membership or involvement with BPSC, the jurisdiction shall be deemed to be exclusively in Delhi, India.

Membership Cancellation

BPSC reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion. The Council’s decision regarding membership cancellation shall be final and binding.
